The Geartested.net Training log is a tool that you can download free of charge that is based off of excel. All you have to do is enter your weight and ride details and out comes your running totals for the week, along with calories burned.
Just a couple tips to keep things running smoothly:
- Don’t enter units after the number (write 21 instead of 21mph)
- All units are American
- Enter time in hours (ie 45 min is .75)
